This afternoon at Ynyslas Turn carpark we had about 15 Sanderling, 2 Ringed Plover, 100+ Common Scoter and our highlight of the day: A male Long-Tailed Duck of which I managed a distant record shot.
Afterwards we walk down the Clettwr and had a Kingfisher, hundreds of Lapwing and Golden Plover feeding in the fields along with Teal, Wigeon and Snipe. And as we headed back to the car a hunting ringtail Hen Harrier and Peregrine finished off the day nicely for us.
