There were still good numbers of golden plover and lapwing in fields between Pisgah and Post Bach at around noon today; also smaller numbers of fieldfare and redwing. Later, there were three mistle thrushes in the stubble field just south of Llannon. At Llanrhystud, in the field nearest the shore by the caravans, there was a flock of about fifty whimbrel, we think. They flew south before we could be certain. Can anyone confirm ID?
