Yesterday (Tues) afternoon, there were 4 red throated divers and a gc grebe at Wallog. One diver in full summer plumage came in very close with the rising tide, diving in the breakers about 15m from my feet. On the walk back to Borth at 7pm there were 9 choughs feeding in a field after the initial ascent up from Wallog. At the same spot, in the sea below I glimpsed an otter fishing. Plenty of manxies, gannets and auks passing throughout the day and wheatear along the path.
