Tanybwlch

This morning at Tanybwlch there was one adult summer plumage Mediterranean Gull amongst about 80 Black-headed Gulls and 10 Oystercatcher. The Wheatears have successfully fledged plenty of youngsters with at least 8 present. A family of chough (2 adults and 3 chicks) were feeding on the fields behind the beach, all appeared to be colour-ringed. Also present were 2 Ringed Plover and a family each of Pied Wagtails and Rock Pipits. Bottle-nosed dolphins were showing well near the harbour.
