YNYSLAS

Fewer of us there for the high tide this morning, just Bob and I and a visitor from Henley and then Aline. Masses of waders and numbers ofDunlin and Ringed Plovers were hard to estimate but probably at least double the counts on Wednesday. A Whimbrel and Curlew came in together and a couple of Bar-tailed Godwits came in high and flew up the estuary.
Sandwich Tern numbers were up to 115 with a Common Tern was with them.
