Two Wheatears were still on the beach at Tanybwlch this morning. A couple of adult Mediterranean Gulls were in Aberystwyth harbour and on College Rocks there was a Little Egret.
Last Wednesday, Chris noted a 2nd winter Herring Gull on College Rocks with a large yellow ring with L+L in black. It had been ringed in Bristol in July 2012 and the ringer, Peter Rock, said it was his first recovery in Aberystwyth and was clearly pleased.
