by Kelvin Jones ,
Development Officer for Wales with the British Trust for Ornithology.
Kelvin is an ex Police Officer and a Wildlife Crime Officer, he is a qualified bird ringer, with a passion for all things wildlife and birds in particular. He is currently chairman of the Wales Raptor Study Group. He will surely have a few interesting things to say.
