Winter Blackcaps

The first blackcap of the winter at our seed feeder here in Aberystwyth was a male, on December 5th, but there were no further sightings, so it may have been on its way to somewhere else. But since Christmas Eve, we have had a male Blackcap at the seed feeder several times each day (photo attached). Last year, the "regulars" started coming on Christmas Eve as well. It adds to one's enjoyment of Christmas.
