Starling Roost

We watched tens of thousands of Starlings coming into their roost in a small Sitka plantation about a mile west of Swyddffynnon with the beautiful evening sunset.

I think greater numbers than Aberystwyth Pier. In December it also held a hundred or more Jackdaw but none this evening.

Earlier on the uplands west of Tynygraig, a flock of 8 Reed Bunting, 7 Kites worm hunting (I assume) on a field and a Peregrine.
