Water pipit etc.

The water pipit was again feeding right in front of the Saltings hide at Ynys-hir RSPB reserve this morning. Also this morning from the Ynys Feurig hide the high-tide pushed numerous waders onto the flooded field; this included a spotted redshank, a greenshank, 36 black-tailed godwits, 19 bar-tailed godwits, 500 plus curlew and 125 redshank. The Greenland white-fronted geese (20 in now) were feeding on Penrhyngerwin and visible from the Breakwater hide.
