I saw a Firecrest today in some
dense bramble scrub in a ditch at the Base of PJM student accommodation campus
when walking back from campus at 15.00pm.
Bird showed very well out in the
open briefly, called occasionally before moving towards Penglais Woods in the
ditch. A fantastic bird!!!
Another birder from my course
spotted the bird at the top end of PJM in the scrub briefly aswell today.
