After yesterday's Pied Flycatcher at Pont Glan-rhyd (there was also one at Ynyshir) I was lucky enough to photograph the little beauty below at Maesllyn.
On the water, just a male Tufted Duck.
Lots of singing Chiffs and Willows along the old railway and the view from the waiting room not as devoid of birds as usual: i.e. three pairs of Teal and a Little Egret on the pool.
Also, two distant Curlews and five Lapwings and in the nearby bushes were three Lesser Redpolls.
