Pont Einon

The Short Eared Owl showed for a couple of seconds only, flying low and disappearing behind a row of trees. Two barn owls hunting, as well as both male and ringtail Hen Harrier. Tawny Owl calling. Other highlights were a Mistle Thrush, 2 Little Egret, a distant field covered in 100s of Fieldfares, 4 Whooper Swans, and several groups of Lapwings flying over, including 3 small groups of around 30 birds each and a large flock of an estimated 280, all flying north
