Whilst in the Co-op this morning some friends mentioned that they've recently had 3 Yellowhammers where they live, feeding on seed scattered in the garden. This was "during the snow." They live at the top of the Sarn Helen road above Llanfair Clydogau, probably a 1000 feet asl.
