Just back from a rather frustrating attempt to walk the Saltings - Marian Mawr circuit at RSPB Ynys-hir. We got to the Saltings Hide ok but could progress no further -
A pair of uppity Canada Geese are nesting next to the footpath - exactly where they have set up home for years - and so even more of the reserve is now out of bounds.
