Ringed Black-Headed Gull in Aberaeron

I came across this ringed bird in Aberaeron last night and cannot make sense of the ring number (I have looked on Euring). Maybe somebody with more experience in bird rings can find out where the ring comes from - this is the clearest picture I could get. Good numbers of Black-Headed Gulls around, as well as 10 Oystercatchers and 8 Curlew on a still very low but incoming tide.
