A recently ploughed
and rolled field in the valley bottom half way between Clarach Village and the
caravan parks, is currently holding a fair amount of surface water after the
rain we've had in the last couple of days. Yesterday (Sunday) there were two
white wagtails in with a flock of 10 or so pied wagtails feeding on it, and this
evening (Monday), a flock of ca 60 black-headed gulls were joined by two
foraging curlew.
