A wader morning

I started at Llanrhystud where I had a high count of 58 Ringed Plovers on the beach at high tide, along with a Sanderling, three Dunlin and six Turnstones.
Then to the bay at Llansantffraed, usually a reliable site.  I was not disappointed, with no fewer than nine species: i.e. Ringed Plover (40+, though many of them probably the Llanrhystud birds, as they flew in from that direction), Turnstone (12), Whimbrel (6), Bar-tailed Godwit (4), Dunlin (8), Curlew (2), Grey Plover (2) Sanderling (1) and a few Oystercatchers.
Three of the Whimbrel were colour-ringed and I managed to read the number on one of them; black E43 on a yellow ring.
