An interesting walk around Llyn Teifi this morning, 3 pairs of Canada Geese on
the Lake one with four small chicks, being closely watched by
two lesser black backed gulls. They kept circling close overhead and then
alighting and swimming close by much to the worry
of the adult Geese. I watched for about 20 mins.but didnt actually see an attack
but I can't think the Gulls were
thinking of anything but breakfast.
Also there a common sandpiper, Great crested
Grebe, 3 Grey Wagtails
and the usual Skylarks,
Meadow Pipits, Kite, Buzzard, Wheatears and Crows.
