Three of us (me, John and Chris, a young birder) had no luck with the Sabine's this morning. On the flood were the four Shoveler and five Teal. The ploughed field held 95 Mediterranean Gulls and at least 180 Linnets.
Three Wheatears along the coast plus the pale bird along the lane and on the beach were 12 Turnstones, 22 Ringed Plover and four Dunlin.
