There was a cool south-westerly blowing this morning as Paul Bennett and I walked the old railway from the car park to Strata Florida station. Nothing out of the ordinary, but Garden Warbler and Whitethroat added to year list.
Nice to see hirundines on the move at last: mostly Swallows with a few House Martins.
On the way back we called in at Coed y Bont and enjoyed a couple of Pied Flycatchers followed by a singing Redstart which eventually showed itself.
