Crossbills at Ynyslas

Despite being ill for the past couple of days, I've managed to drag myself out of bed for a couple of hours both yesterday and today to have a quick look around Ynyslas. The highlight were 2 Common Crossbills that flew south over the Ynyslas boatyard garden this afternoon. In the garden there were 4 Willow Warblers, a Blackcap, a Whitethroat and a Sedge Warbler. At Ynys Tachwedd fields there were 7 Wheatears and a female Whinchat. Yesterday there were around 11 Wheatears and 2 male Whinchat in the same location.
