Among around 100 Dunlin and some Ringed Plover at Ynyslas earlier this afternoon was a partially-red Curlew Sandpiper.
There was also a slightly smaller wader which gave only brief and obscured views before almost the whole flock flew off, leaving only a few Ringed Plover.
