Ynyslas at high tide

Very little coming up on the tide at the tern posts this morning and I was about to walk to the point when Russell arrived.
We joined forces and were soon looking through the roost, after a flyover Whimbrel on the way.
Among the usual Dunlin (ca200) and Ringed Plover (68) were 14 Sanderling, a Knot and a Turnstone. Russell then found the bird of the day, an extremely scarce spring Little Stint.
