The Llansantffraed Rose-Coloured Starling was still around late morning today in the mowed fields behind the small wooden shed on top of the cliffs. It moved around with a flock of Common Starlings but kept itself apart most of the time. After an extended period of crawling towards it on my hands and knees a close-up shot was spoiled by a rabbit moving towards it at speed. Credits for spotting the bird in the first place go to Liz Snell.
