New Quay; Sunday

There were large groups of Manx Shearwaters off New Quay yesterday. I did not attempt to count but it would have been several hundred. They were 1-1.5 miles out and actively feeding on sand eels. It was very pleasant drifting amongst them in the boat and they are very vocal. The mackerel caught were stuffed with sand eels.
