Ynyslas/Dyfi junction-Osprey

Sadly, it's time to go: we paid our final visit on Friday,as 2 have already headed South. This one (Alys) was in Ceredigion at the time! Most confusing if you are a border fanatic...I'm not , of course being a vagrant myself! Behaviour is fascinating: Alys is still hogging the nest when she is around and divebombed Helyg  as she returned,  hurling her sis out of the nest , but failing to grab her fish! It's all over too soon and we shall be viewing their rear ends within days as they depart-what magnificent birds and how privileged we are: time was I had to go to Scotland to see one! No wonder I get sentimental!
