An enjoyable session at the turn car park this morning; 9: 15 to 10:05. Not the huge numbers that John had yesterday, but a steady stream of Manx Shearwaters heading north, many close in. Good numbers of Gannets with them, probably 100 plus in total.
Towards the end of the seawatch I noticed a large gathering of Manxies, distant and mostly north of the Dyfi estuary, but a couple of thousands at least.
Few gulls in evidence; small numbers of Herring ,a few Black-headed, a couple of Kittiwakes and then a juvenile Med Gull came along and landed on the beach.
The only other thing of note was 13 Common Scoter, all males, going north
