This morning at high tide there were 72 Sandwich Terns on and around the tern posts,
Some way upstream a feeding frenzy of gulls attracted 3 Gannets. A noisy flock of around 50 Ringed Plovers flew overhead towards the sea.
As the tide fell and the jet-skis appeared we left.
