Photographed from my lounge beside Aberystwyth's harbour this afternoon, a young Herring Gull attempting to swallow a large piece of polystyrene. In so doing, bits were broken off which the bird ate. Another young Herring Gull snatched the polystyrene and continued in similar fashion.
