I wouldn't have thought it was possible to walk the Cletwr without seeing a single wader but Andy Dent and I managed it this morning.
Luckily we connected with a few migrants, including three Willow Warblers, a Whinchat (with a Stonechat) and at least five Redwings, plus a loose flock of 12 Mistle Thrushes min.
We finished there with a Dipper and Andy also got a Kingfisher.
Highlights of a seawatch at Borth were two Arctic Skuas and a Little Tern, Also seven Sandwich and four commic terns. A continuous stream of Kittiwakes went south and a passage of Gannets mostly headed north. as did seven Manx Shearwaters (Andy).
Last port of call was Glandyfi, where there was a Great White Egret and not much else.
