60 plus House Martins spent the
morning congregating in and around Glynarthen - certainly evidence of a
successful summer. At lunchtime they were taking a rest on the telegraph wires
only to be disturbed into panic by a very persistent Hobby. The House Martins
rapidly dispersed both laterally and vertically but were chased around by the
Hobby – unsuccessfully whilst I was watching. Exciting
though!
