The highlight of Chris's Sunday afternoon visit to his local lakes was a Goshawk over the hill to the north of Llyn Eiddwen.
On the lake were eight Goosanders; six female, two male, and at Llyn Fanod there was a flock of 21 Magpies.
Chris also reports that his neighbour John Gettings found a male Black Redstart on the front of the Old College: the first one seen there for quite some time.
