Around Salem again

On Llyn Mynydd Gorddu were three pairs of teal, three pairs of tufties (well 3 males and 3 females....), a mallard, moorhens, a coot, and at least one pair of little grebes. A willow warbler was singing nearby.

Plenty of stock doves around Salem, including groups of three and four. There were eighteen red kites floating around yesterday at dusk. I wonder if they were breeders or non-breeders? Or a mixture of the two?
