Manx Shearwaters
Looking north from Aberystwyth this morning I could see a huge but distant feeding flock of thousands of Manx Shearwaters, with hundreds of others flying north to join them. Good numbers of Gannets and Kittiwakes also, mostly well offshore, but there has also been a large influx of Black-headed Gulls, noticeable from Aber to Ynyslas.
Otherwise, a couple of Med Gulls near the lifeboat station in Borth and two Sandwich Terns off Aberystwyth.
