A good start as two Swifts flew over the house with a small passage of Swallows. First stop Upper Borth, where there were around 2000 Manx Shearwaters on the sea and many hundreds more streaming south.
At Ynyslas ca80 Ringed Plovers, a few Dunlin and three Sanderling, then my first Common Gull of the autumn appeared with a group of Sandwich Terns.
Two more Swifts over Glandwr, a Greenshank on the pool and two Redshank and five Common Sandpipers on the Leri.
