Castle Point, Aberystwyth
The best from Castle Point yesterday was a female type Goosander fishing around the rocks, being hassled by 2 juvenile Herring Gulls. Also 11 Ringed Plovers, and a flock of 15 or so Pied/White Wagtails heading South. Later 2 Sandwich Terns flew from College Rocks.
On Tuesday there was a mixed flock of Long Tailed, Great and Blue Tits, a Willow Warbler and several singing Chiffchaffs along the Rheidol by the police station.
