Iolo- the last wilderness - the Mid-Wales golden eagle

Episode 4 is really worth watching. Available on Catch Up or BBC iPlayer if you haven't already seen it.  Not only does Iolo say that Liz Snell probably knows more about the Tregaron golden eagle than anyone else AND gives her a big hug, but he tracks down the eagle and films it in majestic flight and tearing flesh from a dead rabbit. A fine tribute to a bird that has now died, hopefully of natural causes. Has this been confirmed by the post-mortem?

Iolo also raises the question of reintroduction of golden eagles to the Cambrian Mountains.
