Odds and ends

Helen and I joined forces at Castle Point this morning and saw nothing except for eight Turnstones roosting on the seawall.
At least 12 Long-tailed Tits in the cemetery yesterday and seven Goosanders in the harbour on Thursday are highlights of Helen's visit so far.
My bird of the day (so far) is a Great Black-backed Gull over Lledrod: a less than annual sighting here.
