On his Sunday visit to his local lakes Chris found six Wigeon on Llyn Fanod and 15 Goosanders an Llyn Eiddwen. Also on Sunday, a high count of 115 Mediterranean Gulls on the slurry fields at Llangwyryfon.
Over the same fields Chris's neighbour John Gettings had a flock of at least 30 Snipe.
