Aberystwyth

I started with a half-hour seawatch this morniing, during which 24 Gannets, three Red-throated Divers and 190 auks went north, and nine Common Scoters and about 20 auks south.  17 Turnstones were the only waders.
A quick chat with Naomi, who happened along the prom and then I decided to have a look around the Rhydyfelin end of the Pendinas cycle path.  On arrival, who should come along but John, so we joined forces and  strolled along the cycle path, where we met Karen (see John's post yesterday).  and the three of us enjoyed close views of Redwings and Fieldfares feeding on the berries in the morning sunshine.
