Llanilar, etc.

A late morning walk along the old railway at Llanilar produced a Stock Dove just over the footbridge, a Canada Goose on a small pond; first one I've seen there this year, and  a party of five Long-tailed Tits.  A flock of ca45 Black-headed Gulls flew down the valley.

A surprise find on my feeders as I arrived home was a Lesser Redpoll.

On Sunday there was a single Mediterranean Gull on College Rocks and 17 Turnstones by the pier.
