My wife and I went up to check the boilers at the eco lodges this morning and whilst there I was delighted to see a Willow Tit taking peanuts from the feeders. As far as I am aware this is is the first sighting here since May 2018 when a pair were present. I had given up hope of ever seeing them on the reserve again. Willow Tits are present on the edge of Long Wood and at Llangybi, so perhaps had recolonised from there. Let us hope that a pair is present and breed successfully.
