Saturday 10 April, 12.15pm
Three
Goosanders (one male, two females) on the Aeron between the road bridge and the
weirs. They had gone by 2.00pm - not surprised since they were clearly not used
to the number of people and dogs walking along the paths on the banks.
(First time
I'd seen them in this location.)
Swallows
passing over the house in ones and twos since Wednesday 7th and a pair of mating
Chiffchaffs this morning. Two singing Blackcaps since Thursday 8th.
