Just arrived home. Several folks enjoying the birding there. The birds seem to be coming and going, so everybody seeing different birds and different numbers of birds, I think. I was there between 9-10 during which about 150 Swallows, 100 Sand Martins, 2 House Martins and a Siskin flew north. When I returned to the car there were 12 White Wagtails present (1 or more Yellow were present earlier I believe) and 3 Wheatears. I thought it was good to see some teenage boys camping out at the point though it was unfortunate for me that they chose to crawl out of bed 5 minutes before I arrived, looking bleary eyed and wrapped up in sleeping bags. I managed to see 9 Whimbrels, a Bar-tailed Godwit and 5 Dunlin but quite a few more waders were seen earlier in the morning, I'm sure.
