I started my morning along the Aberleri track again. As usual I saw lots of Sedge Warblers, but this time a couple of Reed Warblers showed themselves (at last) and the Cetti's showed well again on either corner by the Leri. A Kestrel was also being mobbed by a Lapwing.
Then a walk along the lower Cletwr produced nothing other than three
Lapwings in a nearby field very angry at the presence of a Grey Heron. Workmen
near the bridge at the river mouth probably disturbing other birds
A short stop at Glandyfi layby produced the usual GW Egret.
Then homeward bound and another stop at Tre'r-ddol where I was very pleased
to see my target, a pair of Red-legged Partridges.
