Extraordinary sighting!
Around Noon today, I saw a Long-tailed Skua on the fields above Llanrhystud
beach. Pic attached. Fearless. I had no monocular, and took the snap with my
phone.
Absolutely extraordinary to watch it lift, circle, return to the bare field
(new planting just emerging) to feed.
