Wheatears seem to be having a good year in the Camddwr valley, with no fewer than 15 juveniles lining the roadsides there this afternoon. Kestrels have also successfully bred in the area with two juveniles and three adult/1st-summer birds in wing moult there recently. A male Hen Harrier (presumably a post-breeding bird) was seen hunting yesterday also
