Highlights from an afternoon’s birding. Llanrhystud & Llanon – 28 Whimbrel, 3 Sanderling, 1 Bar-tailed Godwit, 4 Sandwich Tern, 37 Greenland Wheatears, 1 Whinchat, 16 White Wags, 1 Lesser Whitethroat (lime kilns) and Ian Morris! At Cors Caron there were 2 Common Sandpipers and 2 White Wags.
