Photos of the 2 ospreys on the Teifi 0n Sunday. Photographed from The Moorings but sitting in Ceredigion trees! The first osprey was seen at 11.18 flying over The Moorings and then sitting in the tree on the opposite bank until 11.21 when it displaced by osprey number 2. The first osprey flew off down the estuary towards Poppit while the second osprey landed in a tree. It circled a couple of times, flew up river and attempted unsuccessfully to fish at 11.55 opposite The Ferry Inn. I left early in the afternoon but I believe there were more sightings of the birds trying to fish in the afternoon.
